MFA offer the following core Service Provider Systems:
- Rail Services, heavy and light
- Bus Services
- Tram Services
- Car Park Services
They manage the collection and validation of transaction data for each Service Provider network before it is sent to the Central Back Office. Service Provider Systems also monitor and manage all of the equipment and devices in the Service Providers network within stations and depots. Service Provider Systems also provide detailed ridership information for the Service Provider to be able to know how and when his Services are being used by the traveling public. There are a wide number of reports available within the Service Provider Systems, from financial to operational, strategic, logistical and more. |
